1 Website use and project inquiries

Use the website to learn about our epoxy flooring and concrete coating services, ask for an estimate, or seek customer assistance. Supply accurate details and only contact information you are entitled to use. Do not compromise website security, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully.

Sending an inquiry does not establish a service contract or reserve a date or price. A separate project estimate or agreement sets the scope, preparation, scheduling, payment, warranty, and cancellation provisions for the work. Website descriptions do not change the terms of a signed project agreement.

2 Show Me Epoxy text messaging program

Pocata LLC operates the Show Me Epoxy SMS program. Your selections determine whether you receive service messages, promotional messages, both, or neither.

Service messages concern your estimate inquiry, appointment arrangements and reminders, project scheduling and progress, and customer assistance. Promotional messages concern offers and service promotions and require a separate marketing opt-in.

We may use automated systems to send texts. Visiting the website, accepting these terms, or supplying a telephone number does not itself give permission for promotional texts.

3 Enrollment and eligibility

To enroll, provide your mobile number and actively select the separate checkbox for the message category you want. Any other opt-in method we use must clearly identify Show Me Epoxy, the relevant message category, and the applicable terms. SMS selections must be optional and unchecked initially. You do not need to agree to texts to buy services or request an estimate.

By enrolling, you represent that you are 18 or older and are the subscriber or an authorized user of the number. Let us know if the number changes or is reassigned. Permission covers Show Me Epoxy and the categories you selected; it is not permission for unrelated businesses.

4 Frequency and messaging costs

There is no fixed message count. Frequency depends on your inquiries, appointments, projects, and any promotions you separately choose to receive. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless provider can explain charges under your plan for incoming and outgoing messages.

5 Leaving the messaging program

To unsubscribe, reply STOP to the sending number. You may receive a final message confirming your removal; further program texts will stop unless you enroll again. Re-enrollment requires a new affirmative opt-in through our enrollment process. Contact us by email or telephone if you need assistance stopping messages.

Unsubscribing from SMS does not cancel flooring work, a scheduled appointment, or obligations under a project agreement. Speak with us directly to request changes to your project.

6 Assistance and customer support

Reply HELP to the number that sent the text for messaging assistance. You can also reach Show Me Epoxy at info@showmeepoxy.com or (573) 644-2422. STOP and HELP replies should go to the originating text number.

7 Delivery limitations

Text delivery relies on network service, the wireless carrier, and the receiving device. Messages can be late or fail to arrive, and we cannot promise delivery times. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Use an appropriate direct contact method for urgent or emergency matters.

8 Mobile information and privacy

We do not permit other businesses or affiliates to use your mobile information or SMS consent for their own marketing. Providers supporting our program may process information only to perform the relevant work for us. 9 Outside services and website materials

Our estimate form is provided through FloorNexus. Other linked or embedded services operate their own systems and may have separate terms and privacy policies. Website information is general; the availability and suitability of coatings or services must be evaluated for your property. Use of our branding and site materials requires permission unless otherwise allowed by law.

10 Revisions and business contact

We may update these terms or modify the program and will identify revised terms by date. An update does not enlarge an existing SMS permission; we will obtain additional consent when required. These terms do not remove any rights that applicable law makes nonwaivable. Questions about the website or program may be directed to:
